1. About BaseCOC
BaseCOC is an unofficial Clash of Clans fan site that provides base layout resources, guides, and a community chat. We are not affiliated with Supercell. All Clash of Clans trademarks, characters, and assets belong to Supercell Oy. See our Disclaimer for full details.
2. Use of the Site
You may use BaseCOC for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our base layouts or content for commercial gain.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content in bulk.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonate BaseCOC, Supercell, or any other person or entity.
3. Community Chat Rules
The community chat is provided as a free service for Clash of Clans players. By using the chat you agree to:
No links or URLs
All links are automatically blocked.
No abusive language
Hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks will result in a ban.
No spam or flooding
A 3-second cooldown is enforced between messages.
Stay on topic
Keep conversations Clash of Clans related.
No impersonation
Do not pretend to be other players or BaseCOC staff.
Max 200 characters
Per message — keep it concise.
Violations may result in message removal, temporary mute, or a permanent ban at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove any chat message for any reason without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The BaseCOC name, logo, and original written content (guides, blog posts, site copy) are our property. You may not use them without permission.
All Clash of Clans game assets (character images, building images, icons, and other in-game artwork) are the property of Supercell Oy and are used here under the Supercell Fan Content Policy. We make no claim of ownership over these assets.
5. Base Layouts — No Warranty
Base layouts on BaseCOC are provided as-is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that any layout will perform effectively in Clash of Clans, as game metas change frequently with Supercell updates. Use layouts at your own discretion.
6. User-Generated Content
By submitting content to BaseCOC (including chat messages or base suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and moderate that content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe on the rights of others.
7. Limitation of Liability
BaseCOC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, data, or any reliance on base layouts or strategies published here.
8. Links to Third-Party Sites
BaseCOC may contain links to external websites (e.g. Supercell's official site). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
