Legend League is the highest trophy bracket in Clash of Clans, starting at 5,000 trophies. Unlike other leagues, Legend League operates on a fixed daily schedule: each player gets exactly 8 attacks and receives exactly 8 defenses per day. You cannot choose your opponents — the matchmaking system pairs you automatically based on trophies. At the end of each day, trophies are tallied based on stars earned in attacks minus stars conceded in defenses.

In Legend League, your base defends against 8 automated attacks per day from players at a similar trophy level. You do not watch these defenses in real time — they happen automatically. Your base needs to consistently deny 3-stars across all 8 matchups to maximize trophy gains. A base that holds 5 out of 8 defenses to 2-stars or less will gain significant trophies. The goal is not to prevent all damage but to deny the third star as often as possible.

Technically any TH level can reach 5,000 trophies and enter Legend League, but in practice it is almost exclusively TH14, TH15, TH16, and TH17 players who compete there. Lower TH levels are simply outmatched against the fully maxed bases and attack strategies used at Legend rank. If you are TH13 or below and pushing hard, focus on Champion League (4,000–4,999 trophies) instead, which is a more realistic and rewarding target.

The best Legend League bases share these traits: Town Hall buried at least 3–4 wall layers deep with no direct pathing, Eagle Artillery and Inferno Towers placed in a protected inner compartment, Scattershots covering the outer perimeter, Clan Castle centralized and hard to lure, and traps placed in the highest-traffic attack corridors. Most importantly, your Legend League base should not be a widely known public template — experienced Legend players memorize popular layouts and know exactly where the traps are.
