Builder Hall 9 is a pivotal milestone in the Builder Base journey — it unlocks the O.T.T.O Hut and begins the process of activating the OTTO Bot, the Builder Base's second hero. After completing four gear-up requirements (gearing up specific buildings), O.T.T.O becomes a permanent second hero that fights alongside the Battle Machine during every attack. The combined hero duo — Battle Machine with Iron Fist and OTTO with its own damage — creates a two-pronged assault that base designs must simultaneously account for. A new high-damage defense also arrives, and the Power P.E.K.K.A unlocks as the ultimate ground tank — even larger than the Super P.E.K.K.A, with health and damage that make it the most durable troop in the Builder Base roster. The 2026 meta at BH9 centers on Power P.E.K.K.A hybrid attacks that use OTTO and the Battle Machine as twin flanks, clearing opposite sides of the base before the Power PEKKA walks through the center. Anti-tank base designs that position Mega Teslas and Giant Cannons in interlocking kill zones are the most effective BH9 defenses.
